• Drafted agreement for purchase of $33 million Marriott Residence Inn in Torrance on behalf of Japanese investor, analyzing capital improvement and operating requirements imposed by operator.
• Represented major industrial corporation in sale of regional shopping center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to California developer, including documentation of stock transfer in controlling entity to avoid transfer tax liability.
• Negotiated real estate purchases for West Virginia television station, purchase of Mack Truck facilities in Indianapolis and Terre Haute, Indiana, sale of hospital building to developer for conversion to low-income housing, and sale of warehouse facility by industrial corporation to Pittsburgh architectural firm.
